New Construction Siding & Metal Roofing on Jack Island
Set among the live oaks of the sea islands, this ground-up coastal home shows what CHS Built does best — a tight structural frame carried all the way through to a clean, weather-ready exterior. Raised on a pier foundation for the Lowcountry climate, the home wears white lap siding, deep covered porches framed with timber posts and brackets, and standing-seam metal porch roofs set beneath a cedar shake roofline. From the framing and exterior trim to the siding, porches, and window and door openings, every detail was built square, plumb, and finished to hold up to coastal sun, salt, and storms.
Scope: New construction · Framing · Siding & exterior trim · Porches · Windows & doors
